The cusotmer is looking for an IT Project manager/functional lead in Treasury applications, since starting February 2019, the treasury department launch several projects that will impact IT systems (Guarantee management, Cashflow forecast, Bank transmission).
For the project portfolio, the main responsibilities of the IT Project manager are:
- Work closely with the business team
- Manage IT streams of the projects
- Coordinate IT activities with internal and external teams
- Advise functionally/technically on the solution that will be implemented
- Provide reporting and communicate to both IT and the business project manager
- Contribute to the implementation of the solution
POSITION DUTIES
• Contribute to the activation of the project
• Participate to the vendor selection for the tool implementation
• Coordinate and communicate with IT Teams regarding the project activities
• Work closely with the business on the IT solution, in line with IT current eco-system
• Write functional or detailed specifications, depending on topics
• Coordinate development/configuration activities with the integrator
• Contribute to the acceptance of the solution with the business teams
• Issue a regular status report (progress, risk, issues) for the business project manager
• Issue a regular update of the project schedule and anticipate actions on the critical path
• Organize and lead the project status of IT Streams
