POSITION PURPOSE
The customer is looking for an Technical project manager diapason. In this position, the PM diapason has in her scope mainly :
- The upgrade and the back to standard of the diapason application.
- All treasury flows associated (currency rates, AP, accounting module, Bank statement ....).
- Compliance and the processes
Main responsibilities:
- Work with the vendor MCC for the upgrade.
- Work closely with the Treasury team and business treasury.
- Coordinate the different IT teams (dba, infrastructure).
- Coordinate the testing phase.
- In charge of the budget and reports of the project
- Responsible for the data flow update.
- Responsible for keeping the documents UpToDate.
- Accountable for SOX\ ISA and internal control compliance.
POSITION DUTIES
• Participate and follow on the diapason upgrade diapason with the Treasury Leadership Team
• Escalation point for incidents (yourself or coordination with other team) on application portfolio using Service-now tool
• Act as owner of incidents (reporting to the delivery manager)
• Coordinate delivery tasks on treasury projects
• Coordinate the different IT team (infrastructure, data, security, ERP ….)
• Write detailed specifications for changes or projects and support the user during the UAT.
• Maintain technical materials (technical cartography, administration guide)
• Develop specific reports and rules on MCC diapason.
• Contribute to the acceptance of the solution
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
•Master degree on computer science
Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong background on IT.
• Good functional and technical skills in Diapason.
• Good knowledge on SQL.
• Service- now and ITIL knowledge.
• Knowledge on the Middleware (ideally Biztalk).
• Knowledge on the MDM concept.
• Customer oriented, quality minded and proactive approach on all issues.
• Strong organization skills and autonomy.
Experience:
• 10 years' experience on IT.
