Context :
A major international industrial group is transforming its project portfolio management tools using the ServiceNow platform, specifically the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module. An expert consultant developer is sought to be onboarded on site in Noida, India, to support the ramp-up of the solution and ensure its alignment with the group's business processes. The assignment takes place in an international environment, with daily interactions conducted in English.
Time & Material contract. Full time
Not a permanent position.
Assignments :
- Analyse functional and technical requirements related to project portfolio management
- Configure and develop ServiceNow SPM module features in line with business requirements
- Contribute to technical solution design and specification writing
- Ensure integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow components and third-party systems
- Support testing, user acceptance, and deployment phases
- Provide technical support to project teams and end users
- Document developments, configurations, and related procedures
- Participate in project governance meetings and report on progress
Requis/Mandatory
- 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform configuration and development, including the SPM module
- Proven expertise in the ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) module
- Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development and configuration
- Knowledge of project portfolio management processes in large enterprise environments
- Ability to work independently on a broad technical scope
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams in an English-speaking work environment
