We are looking for a finance Generalist with strong experience in Change Management.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles, techniques & tools.
- Great organizational, project and time management skills. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle

- Roll out experience ERP program
- Team player & able to collaborate with others.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts and ability to work in an international program (25 countries)
- Change Management Professional certification would be appreciate such as Prosci and CCMP
- Natural Change Leader, able to influence and motivate others
- True relationship builder with strong communication & presentation skills
- Proactive and highly adaptable to change Focused on solutions, with a clear, analytical way of thinking
- Pragmatic, able to think-out-of-the-box,
- At ease in dealing with Senior Stakeholder Management, with a keen understanding of political aspects
- Eager to meet challenges
