Nous recherchons actuellement pour notre client un chef de projet pour rejoindre l'équipe basée à Paris (France) afin de gérer la livraison des projets et des petites évolution  pour le domaine Finance Transactional & Tax

Must have:
- Business expertise in Finance
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated capability to support global transformation projects with experiences working both on Business alignment and IT implementation side
- Strong IT project management skills with demonstrated ability to coordinate large projects involving international teams and different types of technologies (Software development, on-premise and cloud applications implementation, ERP deployment, infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong familiarity across project management methodologies such as PMI, Prince 2, APM, etc
- Good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Competent and proficient understanding of platforms, such as Office365, Master Data Management systems, ERPs, etc.
- Solid working knowledge of current Internet technologies
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects/programs per original commitment date with a strong focus for On Time Delivery Metrics
- Strong background and sensibility to Cybersecurity, Infrastructure and Data architecture best practices, including Master Data Management approach and governance
- Able to work with diverse mix of people from different regions at different time zones, having different backgrounds, different cultures, different native languages
- Demonstrable experience in personnel management in a matrix organization, with the ability to effectively lead large diverse project teams that are globally distributed
- Demonstrable experience of working at Senior/Executive levels within large scale organizations
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and stakeholder management at all levels
- Well organized and able to prioritize workload in line with tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Highly resilient, adaptable and able to deal effectively with ambiguity/changing priorities
- Able to operate effectively in a fastpaced change environment
- Excellent team player with ability to working closely with others to deliver results
- Customer oriented, quality minded, proactive approach and synthetics skills to anticipate raise and manage any issue

Nice to have:
- Work experience: +10 years in IT projects development and management
- Project Management certification, PMP (preferably) or Prince2 Certification
- Scrum master certification, Agile Project Management experience with proven demonstrable delivery of Agile based projects based on Scrum or SAFe methodology
- ITIL processes certification or experience
- Experience working within an Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) structure
- Experience in working in Oil & gas companies
- Experience with Oracle ERP cloud

- The role of the Project Manager is to manage our major IT projects and systems enhancements through the planning, execution, testing, implementation and closure phases, ensuring adherence to strict deadlines, quality level and budget, in the respect of our established project management methodologies and standards
- This includes working with all Delivery and Business led organizations by coordinating project efforts toward the successful and timely delivery of all products and solutions
- The Project Manager will define the projects' objectives and oversee quality control throughout their life cycles
- This role will also identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the ongoing betterment of project management practices by contribution to the PMO function

Projects and small enhancements in scope are being focused on improvements of the Finance Enterprise Applications landscape, and in relation with the current context of transformation programs of the ERP Cloud (Oracle) and Hyperion platform:
- Improve of the Transactional accounting and Tax systems and streamline their integration with the new the ERP cloud and Hyperion platform

Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, Design and Manage multiple projects in alignment with Client PMO practices and tools (i.e. ITBM from ServiceNow)
- Organize regular steering committees to review the project status with all stakeholders and initiate recovery actions if needed
- Provide regular project status updates to the Project Execution Lead in order to provide project portfolio visibility to CIO and Leadership Team
- Ensure effective Quality Assurance and the overall integrity of the project
- Manage the process of gathering, review and agreement of requirements with stakeholders
- Identify and enrol the project stakeholders
- Ensure allocation of resources and skills within the project
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Define project success criteria in relation to agreed requirements and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle
- Ensure that the project deliverables comply with the IT standards in place in terms of maintainability of the applications/efficiency of the support processes, cybersecurity standards, architecture and infrastructure best practices
- Ensure that the processes implemented through the project deliverables obtain compliance to the Finance standards when applicable (eg. Client internal controls standards, SOX, etc.)
- Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to sponsor, steering committee, team members and other stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Effective Management and critical analysis of project costs and overall budget
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using PMO tools
- Control the flow of work and track project milestones and deliverables
- Identify risks and ensure control actions are taken
- Control issues affecting project schedule, budget and resources
- Manage the closeout of project including the handover to the proper operation teams of relevant documents, procedures and knowledge transfer
- Conduct project lessons learned and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Contribute to the development of methods, processes and controls, and be an advocate in their application
