Mission
Cutomer is deploying an new ERP in differents contries and seeking to strengthen his internal governance team, for the implementation stage, through the addition of a Program PMO.
 
As part of ERP Program Governance Team the main role of the ERP Cloud Program PMO will be to :
- Monitor the implementation detailed planning and deadlines, ensuring key milestones, critical dependencies and the critical path activities and necessary resources have been identified and are tracked by the Integrator
- Ensure the Integrator identifies major program issues and risks and they have put in place agreed resolution and/or mitigation plans to ensure Deliverables meet the deadlines
- Anticipate and alert Program team on any likely risk of deviation
- Follow up with Integrator Program and Delivery manager and their PMO team as necessary
- Build KPIs and Status updates for Steering Committees and Governance Boards
- Support the Program Manager/Director as required to coordinate and follow-up with involved stakeholders from Business, Other IT departments, ERP department and Integrator teams to ensure all necessary internal activities are completed against the plan
- Ensure all program documentation is organized, manage the internal comms plan setting out necessary standards and requirements
- To establish a close working relationship with the business, ERP team & other IDS personnel involved in the project
- Ensure that the business teams involved in the project phases have clear visibility and understanding on what they must do, setting the pace for these teams, following up and escalating as necessary to ensure that the teams deliver as per plan
- Support the Program team to facilitate and moderate sessions (meetings, workshops etc) comprising people having different backgrounds, cultures and native languages
 
Must have:
        English: Excellent written and verbal communication
        able to formulate and communicate a structured approach to project management to the teams
        experienced in team coordination
        demonstratable ability to listen and respond effectively to the needs of the Program Governance team and demonstrate initiative and anticipation skills (e.g., significant experience in interacting with the business functions such as Finance, Purchasing and Engineering departments as part of a PMO or similar role)
        Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
        Ability to drive people to make timely and appropriate decisions whilst not having direct managerial responsibility.
        Paris based or ability to work from Paris office (government restrictions permitting the role will be office based with some remote working acceptable (2-3 days per week depending on program needs))

        ERP Oracle Cloud experience
        Experience in ERP solutions
        French Speaking & writing
        PowerBi skills
 
Work experience:
        At least 5 years’ experience in a PMO role in ERP projects
