- Mission :
- Follow the activity of Enterprise Application & Data Management (ERPs Oracle and SAP, DM, Finance, HR...) – Project portofolio & Budget
- Follow the portfolio projects and interact with IT PMO, Projects managers regarding the update of PSO (Project Server Oline)
- Build reportings for IT PMO, PM, CDO & CIO regarding PSO management.
- Help senior managers and Projects managers on daily follow up
- Be the SPOC of IT finance for all topics related to budget/Forecast
- Ensure the budget and forecast process
- Make sure to communicate to the team the right guidelines given by IT finance
- Calculate actuals projects and communicate with other departments
- Be the warrant of external imputations and be the bridge between externals and Data management domain's manager.
- Be the business owner of Hyperion Tmsheet and follow up external imputations to calculate actuals
- Deploy Hyperion TmSheet on Eapps &DM domain
- Ensure the continuous improvement of the domain's processes
- Prepare Ad-hoc studies at the request of managers
- Homogenize domain's processes as much as possible taking into account differences between IT sub domains
- Be proactive on proposing new reportings and new BI reports to improve cost analysis

Work experience: 2 to 4 years
Minimum education level: Bachelor's Degree
Job Location : Close to Paris-La-Defense
Assignment : Starting as soon as possible – Duration 4 months – can be renewed
