Mission
Support the Talent Management Digitalization project to deliver an uniform solution that provides our people with a modernized & engaging experience by controlling every stage of the talent lifecycle to retain, develop and engage the right talent to meet business goals by:
• Delivering digital capabilities to support Talking Talent, Career Talk, Succession Planning and Career Management processes
• Achieving data-driven insights

Reporting lines
• Reporting directly to the Talent Management Product Owner

• Interactions:
                Global Talent Management team
                Global IT team 
                External provider
 
Job scope: 
As part of the Talent Management project team, the contractor will plan, coordinate, organize and monitor various activities related to the 
• product backlog definition and refinement, i.e. definition of user stories with the required information (requirements, acceptance criteria, priority) to allow the Solution Delivery team to implement the solution according to business needs.
• product validation and verification, i.e. User Acceptance Testing
• change management to maximize adoption and expected business outcomes and minimize business disruptions. 
• follow the progress of the project plan


Must have: 
• Experience working remotely with an international team spread all around the world
• Experience implementing transformation change at an international company
• Knowledge of Talent Management best practices, processes and systems
• Experience with implementation of Oracle Talent Management (particularly Succession Planning, Career Development and Performance Management)
• Proven experience with driving & leading change 
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with business outcome mindset to drive and lead change adoption and approaches resistance to change with facts and objectivity 
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Fluent in English. 

Nice to have: 
• Experience with implementation of Oracle HCM
• Experience with implementation of Talent Management modules from other providers
• Experience working in an Scrum, Agile, Azure DevOps environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office and collaboration tools
• French is a plus

Work experience: 
• 5+ years experience of related experience of related experience or in project management or as product owner

Minimum education level: 
• Bachelor in Information Technology or Information Science

- Bachelor in Information Technology or Information Science

Apprécié/Nice to have
- Experience with implementation of Talent Management modules from any provider (Oracle, SAP, etc..)
