Mission
Context
A major international industrial group is running a strategic programme to deploy a single ERP solution based on Oracle ERP Cloud, replacing three separate ERP systems used across its various geographic business units. Oracle Cloud is already live in several entities. The programme is now entering its final phase: rolling out the Oracle Cloud Blueprint to the remaining entities still running Oracle E-Business Suite. The assignment is conducted in English, with daily interactions involving business, IT and integrator teams spread across multiple countries.
Assignments
- Support the functional domain project manager in coordinating activities, meetings and workshops with all stakeholders (business, IT, integrator) and ensure adherence to the project schedule, milestones and deadlines
- Act as the communication hub between business and IT teams; take initiatives and escalate deviations to the project manager as soon as they are identified
- Present the Oracle Cloud Blueprint for the HR domain to business teams and lead workshops to gather local requirements on OTL and Absence processes, including integration needs with external systems
- Document local business requirements, review and validate solution design documentation produced by the integrator, and guide business teams in collecting the information required for system setup
- Oversee integrator deliverables during the build, configuration, reporting, SIT/UAT testing, defect management, production setup, cutover and documentation phases; ensure deliverables meet project scope and business requirements
- Contribute to the creation, validation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; guide business teams through UAT preparation, drive UAT execution and lead defect analysis
- Contribute to the data migration strategy definition, perform technical data reconciliation during SIT/UAT/Production, and support transcodification, mapping validation and resolution of migration issues
- Support Business Champions and the integrator during end-user training sessions; deliver training as needed
- Support business teams during cutover, go-live and hypercare activities; monitor and analyse incidents encountered during these phases
Requis/Mandatory
Profile
- More than 7 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations (EBS or Cloud)
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Human Resources, Payroll, Absence Management and OTL modules
- Business expertise in Human Resources and Payroll processes
- Ability to facilitate workshops, document and synthesise requirements
- Ability to drive stakeholders to decisions without holding a managerial position
- Rigorous, pragmatic and well-organised
- The assignment is conducted in English: professional written and oral proficiency is essential for day-to-day work with international teams
- Willingness to travel as required by the multi-entity deployment
Apprécié/Nice to have
The assignment starts in October 2026 and is based in Nanterre, France. Travel is required as part of the multi-entity rollout. On-site presence requirements are not specified in the tender documents and will be agreed with the client.
