The Business Analyst will be working with and assisting Product owner(s) for the vision of the Core HR
module in Oracle Cloud HCM and fully accountable for harnessing technology to drive company effectiveness. Assisting in
efficiency and improvement of talent acquisition, the Hire to (post) Retire/ fire processes and bring the best user experience
for internal customers.
He/she represents the voice of the internal customers and responsible for setting priority, delivering
optimal solution, testing, quality assurance and ensure Oracle Cloud HCM Product meets the requirements and delivers the
expected business outcomes committed to concerned stakeholders. Working along with product owner, makes sure the
product functionality is fit for purpose while ensuring legal compliancy, adoption of best practices and maximizing our
investments in P&C Technology.
He/ She needs to be aware of the developments of Core HR product as well as in the P&C (People & Culture) technology market, ensures product has coherent integration with other HR Service Delivery modules and streams. Review
internal process, Analyses and represents changes in the hire to fire process for new deliverables.

Job scope:
The P&C Technology Core HR and Integration Analyst :
- Define key objectives and expected measurable business outcomes for the lifecycle of the assigned Product
functions.
- Work with Product owner and internal clients's representatives to analyze the business needs and align product
roadmap to company and P&C strategic goals.
- Advise for optimum P&C Technology solutions based on the roadmap of the CoE and/ or Global Process owners
- Provide vision and direction to IT/Digital servives team and potential other stakeholders (incl providers, clients, etc)
- Contribute and manage Product release planning and delivery of defect fixes, new and or enhanced capabilities
(incl regular updates)
- Actively identify and advise for risks, resolve impediments and make decision to stay on track towards
commitments.
- Translate assigned P&C Technology Product roadmap features into well-defined requirements, user stories, and
acceptance test criteria together with the IDS team as well as the P&C Technology generalists.
- Lead/ Participate in the functional design for hire to fire functions based on the knowledge of end-to-end processes
best practices, users experience, technology capabilities/limitations, customer experience integration and
dependencies and integration with other P&C Technology Products and/or other Client's Products
- Apply systematic and well-established change management approaches (incl training and communication),
knowledge, tools and resources to maximize adoption and minimize business disruptions.
- Keep abreast, research and analyze (pre) Hire to (post) Retire best practices (in external market) and emerging
P&C Technologies to confidently act as a business ambassador for assigned product(s) as the primary contact for
queries related to all P&C Technology products and services
- Drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, organization efficiency, cost reduction and quality
assurance.

Must have:
- Experienced user or expert user of Oracle Cloud HCM
- Significant knowledge of HR processes with particular emphasis on Core HR and Security.
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen to be able to perform core HR and Integration Analyst

Work experience:
Minimum 5-7 years work experience with Oracle HCM
Minimum 3 years acted as Business Analyst or Oracle HCM consultant.

Experience with WalkMe, Topia, ServiceNow
Experience with another Oracle ERP and HCM related modules (Recruitment, Performance Management, Workforce
Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management)
Experience with implementing localisation in Redwood UI
Experience with implementing Oracle Journey
