POSITION PURPOSE
The customer is looking for an IT Project manager/functional lead in Treasury applications, to manage upcoming projects. Two projects are already going on, requiring projetc management
1) migration of the existing Treasury (new release)
2) deployement of new modules
Cash Management (testing and rollout phases)
FX (design phase)
For the project portfolio, the main responsibilities of the IT Project manager are:
- Work closely with the business team and realize functional specifications
- Manage workshops
- Manage IT streams of the projects
- Coordinate IT activities with internal and external teams
- Manage planning, risks, budget
- Organize project comitees, reports to stakeholder
- Advise functionally/technically on the solution that will be implemented
- Provide reporting and communicate to both IT and the business project manager
- Contribute to the implementation of the solution
POSITION DUTIES
• Contribute to the activation of the project
• Coordinate and communicate with IT Teams regarding the project activities
• Work closely with the business on the IT solution, in line with IT current eco-system
• Write functional or detailed specifications, depending on topics
• Coordinate development/configuration activities with the integrator
• Contribute to the acceptance of the solution with the business teams
• Issue a regular status report (progress, risk, issues) for the business project manager
• Issue a regular update of the project schedule and anticipate actions on the critical path
• Organize and lead the project status of IT Streams
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
• Master degree on computer science
Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong background on IT
• Good functional and technical skills in Treasury tools
• Strong organization skills
• English level: fluent
• MS Project skills
