For crucial and exiting systems integration project, we are looking for a detailed oriented technical analyst for writing, verifying, explaining, sometimes designing technical specifications and participating in the systems tests, user acceptance test as well as following up with third party vendors.
Role/activities
- Understanding functional specification
- Translating the functional specification into technical specification
- Very detailed oriented, you will assess and validate with the technical lead the technical feasibility of the specifications.
In case of technical constraints, you will explore with the technical lead different alternatives solution to propose to business leads.
- Modeling and mapping the data of different systems are also the key role this project. Verifying and validating that the data fields are mapped correctly are critical for data exchange between 2 systems.
- Analyzing the completeness of the specifications is one of the critical roles for delivering a risk-free business process integration.
- Explaining the software developers or engineers regarding the technical interface to develop between our Oracle ERP/HCM will be key during development phase. You will also play an important role during the systems and user acceptance tests.
- Understanding the test cases and verifying that all test scripts will cover 100% of the functional specifications will also add an excellent value to the project delivery.
Must have skills
· Excellent data analysis skills when modeling data. Understanding relational tables and databases is key.
· Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle EBS R12 will really be an excellent skill to play
· Ability to understanding of the HR and Payroll data models from Oracle HCM or any other payroll systems mentioned below.
· Experience in managing functional stakeholders and also at the technical side such as software developers and engineers.
· Ability to understand data formats such as XML or Jason
Experience
· 5-10 years of systems analysis, complex systems integration and implementation experiences
· 2-3 years of experience in the HR/payroll business domains
Education
· Bachelor's degree in business or technical fields. A computer science background with the HR/Payroll domain knowledge is preferred.
Nice to have skills:
· Project coordination experience
· Overall middleware technical experience i
· A broad knowledge of Azure middleware
· Experience in implementation of systems integrations such as Oracle HCM cloud or payroll
· Experience with analysis or modelling methodologies such as BPMN tools or data modeling tools
· Experience in data modeling in HR, Project Management, Payroll domains will be a key for quickly understanding the relationships between different data.
· Proficient in Oracle HCM in particular core HR modules, Absence and Time Management
· Knowledge of payroll systems or domains is an important aspect of skills sets: Having any prior experience is any one the following systems will be outstanding: Ramco, SAP SuccessFactors, SmartHR , Oracle Payroll, HR Access, etc.

· Excellent Microsoft office tools (word, Excel, teams) skills

· Business acumen in the HR and Payroll domains is vital for playing this role
