HR ServiceNow Project Manager

Customer is developping an ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding solution. Goal of ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding  project is to deliver a uniform solution that provides to people,  a modernized & engaging experience on moments that matter, when joining the company, when transitioning from one position to another or when leaving the rganization by
         - Adopting On-boarding, Cross-boarding and Off-boarding established best practices ​
         - Leveraging automation and intelligent workflows to drive actions across departments and systems, breaking down silos​
         - Promoting self-service to enhance data accuracy enabling data driven actions and decisions. ​


As part of the ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding project team, the consultant will plan, coordinate, organize and monitore various activities related to :

- product backlog definition, i.e. definition of user stories with the required information to allow the Solution Delivery team to implement the solution according to business needs.
-  product valition and verification, i.e. User Acceptance Testing
-  change management to maximize adoption and expected business outcomes and minimize business disruptions.  

The consultant will have access to all project related documentation such as but not limited to
- Project Vision
- Expected business outcomes
- High-level project timeline
- Project organization
- Work-in-progress As-Is process definition
- To-be process definition
- Work-in-Progress Product backlog
- Solution design
- ServiceNow product documentation available on ServiceNow Portal

Consultant is expected to have the following skills and experience:
·        Experience working remotely with an international team spread all around the world
·        Experience implementing transformation change at an international company
·        Knowledge of ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding best practices, processes and systems
·        Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with business outcome mindset to drive and lead change adoption and approaches resistance to change with facts and objectivity
·        Excellent written & verbal communication
·        Fluent in English. French is a plus
·        Experience working in an Agile, DevOps environment
·        Working knowledge of Microsoft office and collaboration tools

Agile methodology with DevOps implementation environment will be adopted for this project.

Documents issued by the consultant shall have the required quality according to the above-defined tasks, in particular:
- Technical quality
- Content quality (in relation with information contained in documentation)
- All documents will be written in english

· Experience with implementation of ServiceNow Employees Workflows supporting ON/CROSS/OFF-boarding processes
· Proven experience with driving & leading change
· Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM & HR Service Delivery workflows, Knowledge management, Community of interests, Virtual agent with NLU, Case management, Journey Accelerator, ML, Step-by-step navigation, process mining, CSAT, NPS, Analytics, Mobile version​ and ServiceNow Integration and automation capabilities
