Our customer is looking for an IT Specialist (Business Analyst) to support Treasury applications
For the application portfolio, the main responsibilities of the IT specialist are:
- Provide Level 2/3 Support (incidents) on treasury applications
- Manage the small enhancements of treasury applications
- Responsible of the delivery of small enhancements
- Write detailed specifications and coordinate with IT Teams for any development on the application as well as the data flows between treasury applications and other systems (mainly ERPs)
- Develop specific reports (Excel) and rules on the Treasury software (JavaScritp)
POSITION DUTIES
• Escalation point for incidents (yourself or coordination with other team) on application portfolio
• Act as owner of incidents (reporting to the delivery manager)
• Coordination of delivery tasks on treasury projects
• Write detailed specifications for changes or projects
• Maintain technical materials (technical cartography, administration guide)
• Develop specific reports and rules
• Contribute to the acceptance of the solution
