As part of its ERP strategy of implementing a single ERP Cloud, customer reinforces his internal programm team, and is looking to hire a Project Analyst to assist the Programm Manager.
Position would ideally be located in Paris with a hybrid model allowing a mix of remote and on-site working in accordance with the Project needs.
For candidates fitting 100% , position could be fully remote/offshore with the requirement for occasional travel to customer's offices (Paris or other location)
Job purpose:
The project analyst will assist the Programm Manager through the remaining phases of the programm which includes SIT, UAT, Data Migration, User Migration, Go-Live and Hypercare.
Job scope:
The Project Analyst will be expected to undertake a diverse range of tasks. These may include, but are not limited to:
1) Taking ownership of problems, working with the concerned parties (business, integrator team, data migration teams for example) to identify a solution through to resolution.
2) Analyzing test data, producing statistical reports on progress, failures, passes etc.
3) Preparing acceptance and data migration reports ensuring business and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
4) Championing specifics subjects in the programme that need accelerating, in close collaboration with the functional and business teams.
5) Assisting the testing and data migration teams in times of heightened activity.
6) Ensuring that project signoff and compliance documentation is created, completed, approved and archived.
7) Identifying gaps in process and documentation, ensuring an appropriate action plan is in place to resolve the issues.
8) Working with the regional business and change teams supporting them in the migration and transition to the new ERP.
Profile
Must have:
• English: Excellent written and verbal communication. French would be a bonus but not a prerequisite.
• Extensive proven experience working as an Oracle ERP/Fusion Analyst, Functional or project Consultant for Oracle ERP Applications (Fusion Cloud)
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to make the bridge between technical teams and business teams.
• Experience troubleshooting problems, with the capacity to understand and differentiate between technical and/or functional issues.
• Functional knowledge of at least one of the following areas finance, procurement, scm, projects and hcm
• Working in a controlled release environment using change management tools
Nice to have:
• ITIL Certification
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow (incident management module), HPALM, PowerBI
Work experience:
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar or relevant role.
