Nous recherchons pour notre client grand compte un Digiteam Data Protection Project Manager.
The Digiteam Data Protection Project Manager will be responsible for the following activities, structured into several work streams:
Data Protection Policies, Identification & Classification
· Coordinate with Cyber Security Standards & Compliance Team and key Business stakeholders to streamline Data Protection rules into a global Policy
· Drive awareness and alignment on this Policy and how it reflects in the Organization’s various Disciplines.
· Drive Data Categories Identification with Business Data Owners
· Leverage our customer Data Governance framework to identify and classify organizational data based on its sensitivity and criticality.
· Collaborate closely with data domain owners and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and consistent classification.
· Leverage the company data catalog to store and organize the classification information provided by the business
· Connect this with the Enterprise Asset Management Policy and the CMDB Asset inventory to evaluate the associated Data Protection requirements
· Define prioritization criteria to organize the implementation of data protections measures (sensitivity levels, usage patterns, compliance requirements, incident history etc…)
Definition and implementation of data protection rules and targets:
· Frame & Design data security rules and protection objectives. This includes:
o Assess existing Data Protection technologies, roll out maturity and capability to align to established Data Protection requirements
o Secure Business Sponsorship and Product ownership around the Data & Assets considered and align on Data Protection measures
o Frame effort, resources, timeline and costs with consideration to the Data scope, Priorities established, Measures required & Technologies considered
o Establish Project Staffing, Metrics and Performance KPIs to ensure controlled launched and adequate Governance
· Drive the implementation of data security rules and protection objectives. This includes:
o Oversee high level design and detailed specification phase
o Coordinate development and delivery activities in line with the defined Project plan
o Closely support Project leadership decisions about projects strategic and tactical orientations.
o Monitor and provide visibility on the Project status, progress, risks and financials.
o Provide Project PMO and Operational & Financial Reporting including management escalation on issues and risk.
o Manage technical deviations: alternative approaches, change control, mitigation actions, contingency suggestions.
Manage release management and Operations transition with Run teams
Coordinate Employee Training & Awareness:
- Oversee the development and implementation of training and awareness programs to inform employees about their responsibilities regarding data protection.
- Collaborate with internal communications teams to disseminate key messages on data protection and best practices.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs and implement continuous improvements.PM role
Must have:
· Minimum 10 years of professional experience in IT organizations, including at least 5 years of specific experience in projects related information security or data governance
· In-depth knowledge of data protection principles and technologies (encryption, DLP, access management, log management, Vulnerability management, incident response etc.) and demonstrated experience deploying such measures.
· Demonstrated experience in managing multiple interfaces and collaborating with IT resources in an international context.
· Demonstrated experience leading high value, Business facing, Digital Programs
· Strong IT project management skills and experience involving global teams and various technologies, ideally with experience in Agile methodologies.
· Confirmed experience in collaborating with senior IT and Business stakeholders.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
· Demonstrated AGILE at Scale Projects and Products enhancements experience
· Demonstrated capability for Data Analysis and Functional specifications delivery.
· Seasoned experience managing a diverse Project team
· Customer-oriented, quality-minded, and proactive approach to issues.
· Proven analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
· Team player and process-oriented spirit.
Nice to have :
· IT Infrastructures project experience.
· Knowledge of international data protection regulatory frameworks (CIS, GDPR, NIST etc.).
· Experience passing internal and external audits for data protection compliance.
· Knowledge and experience with Enterprise’s CMDB management
· Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2 or others)
· AGILE at scale certification (SAFe)
· Knowledge of data governance practices and metadata management.
· Seasoned experience in driving Implementation Partner selection processes (RFP).
· Experience designing and distributing Digital Change Management and Training plans
· ITIL v3 processes certification or seasoned experience.
· Fluent French speaker
Work experience: +10 years
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related scientific field or Business school degree with any specialization and seasonned experience in IT project management for big companies
