Context
As a Digital Business Solutions Senior Analyst for HR, you will be part of a Global team, responsible for the Digital Transformation journey of our organization.
You will play a crucial role by working on key priorities for the Group, closely linked to Merger & Acquisition challenges. More specifically,
- You will be part of a Global Project team, relying on Business members and Digital members of both Roquette and the new acquired entities.
- You will actively work on current projects to integrate new entities acquired in our HRIS landscape : Workday, SAP HR, … and all other relevant integrations.
Mission
As Business Solutions Senior Analyst for HR, the main activities will be the following (non exhaustive) :
- You will proactively lead the Digital streams of these projects and be autonomous to work on: technical scoping, detailed gap analysis between as-is & to-be, technical impacts assessment, data initialization, roll out plan & cutover activities, go-live action plan, RUN maintenance and follow-up…
- You will contribute to define and implement a clear HRIS target framework and architecture, dealing with transversal and critical topics (global identity, access management, interfaces rationalisation…)
- You will prepare and participate to the Project instances : weekly committees, steering committees, sponsors committees… in coordination with the Digital Project manager.
- You will be the interface between Business and Delivery teams by facilitating communication and determining Digital scenarii and solutions aligned with:
- Stated and unstated Business needs
- Enterprise architecture
- Budget, timeline and quality
- You will define and detail technical options, limitations, costs, and risks…
- You will help to resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholders discussions and collaboration, and escalate issues where appropriate
Specificities
· Process scope : HR Information System
· Day to day interactions with Digital contributors and Business HR teams
· Close relationship with other Business Enabling functions if necessary : Procurement, Finance, Legal…
· Relationship with service providers, especially Workday Implementers and AMS RUN partners.
Qualifications
· More than 8 years of experience in HRIS integration proiects, preferably in international environments, with M&A projects
· Experience in functional analysis of IT projects will be valorized

· Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to engage Digital and Business partners to achieve target outcomes.
· Strong problem resolution, negotiation and proven interpersonal skills and an ability to influence senior leaders and peers.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.
· Significant experience with diverse cultures, for 3 main regions : Europe, Americas, Asia.
· Proactivity, autonomy and constructive attitude toward change.
· Adaptability and willingness to learn and deal with uncertainty.
Technical Applicative competencies
· Workday – A certification is a key differentiator
· SAP HR – A certification is a key differentiator
· HRIS landscapes in general : databases, middlewares, Active Directory…
· HR ticketing tools such as PeopleDoc
· Knowledge on other HRIS SaaS tools would be valorized
