For a customer implementing an ESG reporting program, we are looking for a Business Analyst / Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience
Activities
Accompany key business stakeholders to get, document high level and low level ESG KPIs definition for all the ESG business scopes
Identify Data source for each ESG scope
Drive workshops with subject matter expert to Collect, evaluate, structure and formalize business requirements for ESG dashboards
Offer suggestions for the best and most practical solutions to their requirements
Define, formalize, and document business rules with Subject matter expert for all the ESG scopes
Define data structure and format with Data owners to get Data samples to evaluate identified data source(s) for each ESG KPIs
For Data extract or Data samples from existing systems provided by technical team, review on data structure and analyzing and KPIs results to ensure the delivery of expected Data to Business team for POC and MVP development
In case of inconsistency of data collected or Data extract from existing system, investigate to find the source of error and follow up the correction with technical teams
Work closely with the Business team to deliver expected Data samples and / or Data extract for the build of POC(s) and MVP
Support and review on Data mapping definition and documentation between Raw Data and final ESG KPIs
Review on Data visualization layer development : Mock-up, Data analysis and test
Review on Powerapps user journey features and interface design
Profile
Master of Computer Sciences or equivalent with experience/education in DATA
