Job scope:
As part of the financial project team, the contractor will
• assist business uers to define the business needs and requirement, write GAP Analysis documentation.
• write HLD and functional specifications, get documents validation from the business
• coordinate, organize and monitor various activities related to product validation and verification, such as driving UAT
• drive change management to maximize adoption and expected business outcomes and minimize business disruptions.
• monitor project plan execution
Must have:
• Experience working remotely with an international ditributed team across the world
• Experience implementing transformation change in an international context
• Proven experience with driving & leading change
• Excellent written & verbal communication in French & English
Nice to have:
• Experience with implementation of GETPAID, knowledge of GETPAID best practices
Work experience:
• 7+ years experience as product owner or PM or Functional Lead, with international exposure
Minimum education level:
• Bachelor in Information Technology or Information System or Business Administration
