For one of our French multinational clients, the support team is looking for a Business Application Manager whose job description is below.
Job Description:
â— Responsible of BI Applications Run from IT Europe Department
â— Being the key contact for Domain Management & Country Responsible for IT Europe BI Topics
â— Report and Alert the Management (Créteil) + Coordination of the Support Team (4 People)
â— API Referent within IT Europe BI Support Team
â— Familiar with Integration world (EAI / Integration Services)
â— In charge of the Team maintaining BI Applications / API Management in operational condition
â— General Knowledge on BI / API applications from IT Europe Scope (Apigee / Qlik / Splunk / MS SQL Server..)
â— Ensure deep analysis is well managed by Level 3
â— Resolution process and communication to end user through mail, phone call and Ticket update
â— Participation in crisis cells for high business impacts (ad hoc communication ..)
â— Ensure continuous improvement
â— Shift left proposition : Create procedures for Ticket resolution at levels L1 and L2 - Training
â— Ensure Documentation maintenance
Job Qualification:
- Skills :
â— Leadership & Team Management mandatory
â— Customer oriented Good communication (written, oral)
â— Organisational competence, Pressure Management, Priority Management...
â— General knowledge in computer science, applications, operating systems, software, file
â— Standards, data transmission procedures and links inter-application.
â— Update his/her knowledge regularly.
- Technical skills expected :
â— API / BI skills (At least 2 years of experience in API + Team Management)
â— API First / Apigee / AWS Skills
â— Knowledge on traditional BI ( SQL / SSAS / SSIS / SSMS / Qlikview / QlikSense )
â— Managed multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced, highly technical environment
â— Experienced with any ticketing system
â— ITIL certified : Request / Incident / Problem / Knowledge management / Change
â— Language : English fluent
