Customer is looking for an additional application manager to support Treasury applications, in the context of an ERP group rollout
Team as of today is composed by a team of 2 IT application managers
Activities
Main responsibilities of the application manager are:
- Provide Level 2/3 Support (incidents) on treasury applications
- Manage the small enhancements of treasury applications
- Responsible of the delivery of small enhancements
- Write detailed specifications and coordinate with IT Teams for any development on the application as well as the data flows between treasury applications and other systems (mainly ERPs)
- Contribute to connected projects (mainly ERP) from a treasury application point of view (coordination of interface or adjustments, contribution to SIT, coordination of UAT)
- Develop specific reports and rules on the Treasury software
Activities are also
• Escalation point for incidents (yourself or coordination with other team) on application portfolio
• Act as owner of incidents (reporting to the delivery manager)
• Coordinate delivery tasks on treasury projects
• Write detailed specifications for changes or projects
• Maintain technical materials (technical cartography, administration guide)
• Develop specific reports and rules on the treasury software
• Contribute to the acceptance of the solution
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications (Educational/Professional):
· Master degree on computer science
Knowledge/Skills:
• Strong background on IT application
• Good functional and technical skills in Treasury tools
• Strong organization skills and autonomy
• English level: fluent
• Good knowledge to write SQL queries
• Good knowledge on dataflow architecture (Biztalk, ETL, Datawarehouse, API)
