We are looking for Oracle HCM Cloud – Product Owner Support

 Job scope:

As part of the client global Oracle Cloud ERP initiative, the successful incumbent will provide represent the organizations’ P&C function in the effective maintenance and enhancement of its global Oracle Cloud Absence Management and Time Management solution.

The role requires excellent collaboration with both the program team, business stakeholders and Global IT team (IDS) stakeholders in the following:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product features and solution design.
• Maintain the requirements log, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the team is working on the most valuable items
• End-to-end delivery of enhancement requests for Absence and Time Management. Provide best practice recommendations with a view to design and document application enhancements in alignment with interdependent processes both within as well external to the Human Capital perimeter.
• Assist with ongoing monitoring & maintenance of Absence and Time Management applications to maintain their reliability and business benefits.
• Provide expert advice in adopting new features and enhancements in Oracle cloud quarterly upgrades.
• Facilitate presentations and demonstrations to stakeholders on various levels in the organization for solutioning and refinement of the solution across different countries and legislations
• Support of the change management and educational process including stakeholder analysis, key messaging, execution of the communication and education strategy while leveraging existing communication and educational channels. Activities includes writing, publish and present business communication and presentations


Must have:

• Proven ability in the successful delivery of Cloud HCM requirements on-time/on-budget in a complex and international organizational context
• Solid knowledge and experience in HR processes and HR best practices as well as integration points with other up-stream and down-stream processes
• Hands on experience with design and implementation Oracle cloud Absence and Time Management
• Experience with design of reports, interfaces, customizations, and alerts
• Solid knowledge and experience in cloud project implementation methodologies.
• Solid experience implementing change in an international company
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate on various levels in the organization and build strong partnerships.
• Fluent in English both in written & verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, demonstrating ability to learn and adjust quickly

Nice to have:

• Experience with the Oracle HCM suite of products
• Experience in the implementation of Absence Management and Time and Attendance processes
• Exposure various oracle cloud modules such as Procurement, Expenses, PPM

Work experience:
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible professional experience in in HCM program delivery preferably within a multinational organizational environment.
