We are looking for a Functional Project Manager Oracle Recruiting and Talent Management
As part of the Talent Acquisition project team, the Functional Project Manager Oracle Recruiting and Talent Management will plan, coordinate, organize and monitor various activities related to the
· Support on defining the product vision and align the team and stakeholders toward common goals
· Managing the product backlog for Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
· Clearly define user stories, order/priorities, features and acceptance criteria to guide the Solution Delivery team
· Advise and steer focus on the most added value user stories
· Product validation and verification, i.e. User Acceptance Testing
· Gathering feedback and incorporating it into the backlog
· Change management to maximize adoption and expected business outcomes and minimize business disruptions.
REQUESTED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Talent Management
• Experience with implementation of Oracle HCM is a plus
• Proven experience with driving & leading change
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with business outcome mindset to drive and lead change adoption and approaches resistance to change with facts and objectivity
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Fluent in English. French is a plus
