Product Manager - Data experience - english speaker

Job scope: 

• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the development and growth of our data products, including identifying key focus areas, establishing partnerships, and defining metrics for success.

• Coordinate in an agile way with business owners, product owners, data office and other digital IS teams, to support the development and implementation of data products and initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize data product use cases and develop solutions to address business challenges.

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for our data products, including defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and managing the product development lifecycle.

• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, digital IS teams, to ensure that data products are developed and delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

• Monitor and analyze market trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Profile:

Must have: 

● High interest & functional knowledge of BI & data science. 

● Good knowledge of the customer business with the ability to learn fast.

● Strength of decision and conviction, in order to move projects forward and onboard businesses on the service catalogue

● Experience leading teams and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

● Knowledge of emerging data technologies and trends, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.

● Experience working with different stakeholders, and a strong user-centric mindset.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex challenges.

Work experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products and solutions

Minimum education level: Master, or equivalent
